What are your rates?

My fees are consistent with specialized OCD and anxiety treatment in the Los Angeles area. Please contact me for more information. Depending on my availability, I do offer a few sliding scale fee spots. Typically, meetings are weekly but as clients progress in treatment they may move to bi-weekly or monthly as needed.

Do you offer a free consultation?

Yes, I offer a free 15 minute phone consultation. Feel free to contact me by completing the form listed on the contact page so we can coordinate best times to connect.

Do you take insurance?

We are considered an “out of network” provider and do not take insurance. Please check with your insurance provider for more information regarding out of network benefits. Some plans offer reimbursement for a portion of each session after meeting your deductible. I provide monthly superbills that can be submitted to insurance companies for reimbursement. Here are some questions I recommend you ask your insurance provider directly:

1. Does my policy cover out-of-network mental health providers?

2. What is my deductible and has it been met yet?

3. What percentage of my bill will be covered for services obtained by an out-of-network provider?

How does payment work?

Payment is accepted in the form of credit card only. Prior to your first session, you will be asked to complete intake paperwork through a secure online portal, Simple Practice. It is at this time that you will submit your credit card information to have on file. You will be charged automatically at the end of each session.

Disclosure Notice for Good Faith Estimate

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost.

Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.

You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
